Description
The Airflux Group (45 employees) has announced to take over the company Chaumeca (205 employees) with the aim to develop its activities in France that will lead to create 100 positions during the next 5 years. Airflux is specialised in the management of industrial fluid production. Its expertise focuses on the following areas: industrial compressed air, industrial and medical vacuum, on-site nitrogen and ice water production, plant energy management. The group has its headquarter and production unit in Lille and 25 agencies in France to provide services to companies. The new group has a turnover of €55 million and 250 employees. Its aim is to reached a turnover of 80 million and to recruit 100 employees in a 5 years timeframe.
