Description

On 29 March 2017, German truck and bus manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus announced to create some 200 new jobs at the company's production site in Salzgitter.

The new assembly line for non-driven axle production is a cooperation between the MAN Truck & Bus and the Swedish automotive industry manufacturer Scania. MAN Truck & Bus invested €30 million in the project. This assembly line is part of the future programme PACE2017 and will start in 2018.

MAN Truck & Bus currently employs 35,371 staff members worldwide.
