Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The network RSM that offers multi-disciplinary services (audit, tax, consulting) to SMEs, medium-sized and large businesses, has announced the recruitment of 180 employees in 2017. The company employs already 750 people in France and reached a turnover of €82 million in 2016 (+18%). RSM want to reinforce its staff to make face to its expansion as it expects to overpass a turnover of €100 million by 2018. In France, RSM has offices in the principal regional areas, with a strong presence in Paris, the west, Rhône-Alpes, the east and the south.
