Description

The UK-based TSB Bank has announced that 114 new jobs will be created at its telephone banking centre in Sunderland in the next six months. According to TSB’s management, the positions will all be permanent 'partner roles' and the new staff will provide a variety of services to customers, ranging from general banking through credit card services to fraud prevention.

The Sunderland site in north-east England is TSB Bank’s largest contact centre and will house around 600 employees once the new employees have been recruited. The job creation has been supported by Sunderland City Council.
