Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
British software company Mobica has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new software development centre in PoznaÅ„. The company is looking for IT specialists, mainly programmers. The centre in PoznaÅ„ will be  the 11th of Mobica's centres of this type worldwide. It will specialise in C++/C, iOS, Android, embedded systems programming and test automation; it will provide its services to global customers operating in the automotive, mobile and finance industries. Currently, Mobica has six software development centres in Poland (Warszawa, Szczecin, Åódź, Bydgoszcz, Lublin and Rzeszów).
