Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish financial advisory company Futuro Finance has announced that it will create 120 jobs at its second unit in Wrocław. The unit is expected to be operational in June 2017. The company is looking for financial advisors, HR specialists and sales team managers. The company has already leased 1,000 m2 at the OVO Wrocław building, an office complex in the city where sales department and head offices will be located. The restructuring event is associated with the company’s plan to expand its activity across the country; the plan implies creating branches in each of 16 voivodeship cities in Poland.
Futuro Finance was founded in 2010 in Wrocław, Poland. Currently, the company operates in six Polish cities: Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Lublin, Lubin and Świebodzice.
