European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Telecommunications company Telia Lietuva is to create around 100 new jobs in Vilnius. According to the management, the need to hire more employees arose after the telecommunications company Teo acquired a 100% stake in other telecommunications provider Omnitel in January, 2016. On 1 February, 2017 Teo, Omnitel and Baltic Data Center merged into one legal entity under the name Telia Lietuva. Currently Telia Lietuva employs 2,233 employees.
