Description
Call centre operator Kura has announced plans to create between 130 and 150 jobs at its site in Forres, in north east Scotland. The company recently took over the Capita site and there were fears that 117 jobs would be lost following the loss of a contract with Marks and Spencer. However, the takeover by Kura means that former Capita employees will have the chance to join the new employer. In addition Kura has confirmed that it will seek to add between 130 and 150 new jobs to deliver its contract with Scottish Power. In December 2016, Kura announced the creation of 300 jobs in Liverpool due to the contract with Scottish Power. Recruitment for some of the new roles is expected to begin with a few weeks.
