Description
Discount supermarket chain Penny Market, owned by the German Group Rewe, announced the creation of 1,000 new permanent jobs with the opening of new stores by the end of 2017.
The company announced 80 million euro investments each year till 2025. By then the number of stores will be doubled and reach 400.
As of 2016, Penny Market operates 200 stores in Romania with an employee base of 3,000.
