Description
Assystem France, the French engineering and project management group, announced that the company is planning to hire 2,200 employees in 2017 in France, and 3,500 worldwide. In 2016, the group has recruited 1,800 employees in France. A previous recruitment of 100 employees was recorded in 2007. The recruitment consist of 80% of permanent employment contract. 75% of the new employees will be managers or engineers in the areas of systems, testing, nuclear safety, cybersecurity, manufacturing and project management. The group will recruit 40% of young graduates (0 to 3 years of experience), 50% of employees with 3 to 7 years of experience and 10% of expert with over 10 years of experience.
