European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
TUI, a German multinational travel and tourism company, has announced the expansion of its activities in Belgium. In total 330 employees will be recruited, mainly air stewards/stewardesses and pilots. The stewards and stewardesses will be contracted until October next year while the 70 pilots are recruited with permanent contracts. The recruitment arises as the company has plans to add new flight destinations and increase the flight frequency on several existing routes.
