Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Prokuratoria Generalna Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej (the Solicitors Office of the Republic of Poland), a governmental institution, has announced that will create 100 new jobs in 2017. The office is looking for lawyers, including solicitors. The expansion programme is the result of a governmental reform which changes name, competencies and responsibilities of Prokuratoria Generalna Skarbu Państwa (the State Treasury Solicitors Office); it implies that Prokuratoria Generalna Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej (the Solicitors Office of Republic of Poland) will replace Prokuratoria Generalna Skarbu Państwa (the State Treasury Solicitors Office) in January 2017.
Prokuratoria Generalna Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej will represent the State Treasury and governmental institutions before the courts and tribunals; it will also be a consultative body on matters concerning important rights and interests of the State Treasury.
