Customer services company Webhelp has announced that it is to create 120 new jobs at its site in Cardiff. Webhelp began operating in Cardiff in 2015 when it took on business from Serco. Presently 800 staff are employed at the Cardiff offices in Hodge House servicing two major contracts for Shop Direct and for Vodaphone. It is understood that the new positions will be predominantly full-time and there will be opportunities across various levels of the business, including customer service and operations management. Webhelp intends to recruit the new employees before Christmas.
