C&F Group is a car components and wind turbine manufacturer, headquartered in Galway (Ireland). The C&F group employs 984 people worldwide and has clients such as IBM, EMC, APC and so on. It is reported that C&F Group will shut down its factory which makes car components in Neunkirchen (Germany) and transfer those manufacturing activities to the Collinstown plant (Ireland). Approximately 90 workers in Neunkirchen (Germany) will be affected by this closure. Senior staff said that the company has considered potential investors who may prepare to take over the business. It is also reported that the EBITADA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) of C&F is € 7 millions and the sales is € 91 millions. In 2018, the company expects to reach 8% growth for EBITDA and will focuses more on Asia and Australia markets.
