Description
On 20 September 2016, the German-based international automotive engineering company, Willi Elbe Group, announced that it will open a new manufacturing plant for automotive parts in Kuklen, Plovdiv. This is the group's first plant in Bulgaria. 150 people are expected to be employed at the new plant by the end of 2016. The plant will develop and produce car parts for BMW and for Mercedes series trucks. The parts will be exported mainly to Western Europe and China.
