Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish furniture company Kler has announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new factory in Nysa by the end of 2016. Kler has also announced that it is to expand its activity in the city as the company will build a new production hall in 2017.
The company has been operating since 1973; the company specialises in production of top-quality leather furniture. Currently, the company employs 50 workers in Nysa.
