French supplier of aircraft components Safran Transmission Systems Poland, a subsidiary of Safran group, has announced that it will create over 300 jobs at its new plant in Sędziszów Małopolski. The company is looking for technicians, quality controllers and machine operators. The facility is currently being built and it is expected to be operational in April 2017. The factory will produce components for LEAP engines (new type of engines for Boening, Airbus and Comac).
Safran is a French multinational aircraft engine, rocket engine, aerospace-component defence and security supplier. Safran employs over 70,000 employees worldwide. Safran Transmission System has been operating in Poland since 2001.
