Electrodomésticos Miró, a retail chain specialising in household electrical equipment, (including fridges, ovens and washer/dryers)  will close all outlet stores. The company stated that there are several buyers already expressing interest; the company expects to achieve agreements with potential buyers to hire the dismissed workers.

Electrodomésticos Miró has 65 shops in Catalonia, Comunidad Valenciana, Baleares, Castilla-La Mancha, Madrid, Soria (Castilla y León) and Barakaldo (País Vasco). In 2015, the company had a turnover of €100 million.
