Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
German furniture company Jobon has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its new facility in Kraśnik. The company is conducting a recruiting process with the help of the local labour office in Kraśnik. Jobon is looking for seamstresses, both experienced employees and without experience as the company will provide special training for new staff.
Jobon has been operating in Poland for 24 years; the company has a factory of upholstered furniture in Zwierzyniec near Zamość employing 1,500 people.
