European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
American producer of automotive components Henniges Automotive has announced that it will create over 500 jobs at its new plant in Prudnik in the next five years . The factory is expected to be opened on 1st September 2016 on the premises of the former Frotex plant. The project of the company has been supported by the Investor and Exporter Assistance Centre operating at the Opole Centre for Economic Development.
Henniges Automotive is a leading global supplier of engineered sealing and anti-vibration components for the automotive industry. The company employs 7,700 people worldwide.
