Description
The French subsidiary of the Canadian group CGI (65,000 employees worldwide) intends to strengthen its workforce in its site of Le Haillan near Bordeaux (Gironde). CGI group seeks to recruit 100 people on permanent employment contracts. Furthermore, CGI will open 10 apprenticeship contracts. CGI France currently employs over 10,000 people across France. The director highlighted that the recruitment is required to combat a labour shortage in the IT sector. In 2015, CGI had an annual turnover of €911 million in France alone. CGI has already recruited 100 employees in its site of Le Haillan in 2015. Additional recruitment has also already be recorded on the ERM database in February 2016 (170 positions), in June 2015 (200 positions) and in April 2015 (300 positions).
