Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
EPAM Systems, a global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services, has announced that it will create about 500 jobs at its new unit in Katowice in the next years. The company is looking for experienced programmers, business analysts, IT project managers and QA engineers.
EPAM Systems was established in 1993 in the United States; it employs about 22,000 people around the world. EPAM Systems has been operating in Poland since 2011. Currently, the company employs 800 people in three locations: Wrocław, Kraków and Gdańsk.
