European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Saint-Brice, a subcontractor of 3 Suisse company, announced the dismissal of the 127 employees working at the Tournai site. The announcement, which was revealed after an extraordinary meeting of the management board, was unexpected news for the workers and the trade union. The company said that 33 workers might be hired at another location.
