International certification, classification and technical advisory foundation Det Norske Veritas (GNV) has announced that it will create between 150 and 200 jobs at its newly opened Global Shared Services Centre in Gdynia. The company is looking for financial, HR and administration specialists with the knowledge of foreign languages, especially English. The centre provides global support services in such fields as: finance, operational accounting, HR, procurement and real estate management.
The investment is associated with a programme aiming at strengthening the presence of the company in Poland.
DNV GL is a global company with about 15,000 employees in 100 countries. The company has been operating in Poland since 1972, mainly supporting the maritime industry. In Gdynia, the company has also its Global Shared Services IT centre.
