European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Flowserve, a manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of flow control products and services, based in Texas, is opening a shared service centre (SSC) in Debrecen. With an investment of EUR 15 million (HUF 4.3 billion), the company will provide financial and accounting services in 10 languages to 20 countries in the North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) regions. The investment creates 400 new jobs.
