Description
The Commercial court of Orléans refused a takeover proposal made by CTVL, a housing construction company belonging to the group Fousse. CTVL has lost 20% of its turnover in 2015, and this rejection will lead to its 100 employees being dismissed. The group Fousse, has about one hundred companies and employs 300 people, but construction activities in the region continue to face economic difficulties. Moreover, some action has recently been initiated by home owners who have made complaints regarding the quality of the construction, and the company's ability to stay on schedule.
