European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Norwegian producer of automotive components Kongsberg Automotive has announced that it will create 250 new jobs at its unit in Pruszków by the end of 2018. The factory specialises in the production of seat heaters and seat supports. The company has invested PLN 3 million (EUR 0.68 million USD 0.77 million). The investment in the plant extension is associated with new contracts, including a contract worth PLN 230 million for heating mattes for a German car producer.
Currently, the company employs about 1,200 people in the Pruszków plant.
