European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Ministry of Justice announced the intention to recruit 500 notaries. To this effect, a public competition was published in the Official Journal on 26 April. The deadline for sending the applications is 26 May 2016. Only applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to sit a written and oral examination. The Ministry will disclose further information in relation to the examinations on 19 July.
