Description

Zito Group from Cepin near the City of Osijek is building a new plant for preparation and packaging of meat products. The plant is expected to produce about 150,000 top-quality eco friendly ham and prosciutto. The plant will employ directly 100 people, of whom a dozen are food technologists who have completed training in Italy. Indirectly, through sale, distribution, transport, slaughter, cooperation and other activities another 250 people will find jobs. The plant is currently in test production of hams and final control of technological equipment. The Zito Group owns six pig farms, so it has all the necessary resources for the production of durable meat products of superior quality and controlled origin.
