Description
The French telecommunications company Altice announced that it will recruit 110 persons (beyond the existing 120 - 70% of those were unemployed persons), to integrate a French speaking team in its contact centre located in Castelo Branco. Randstad, a human resources company, will be responsible for the recruitment. This centre will provide French inbound assistance. Some of the employees are French people living in Portugal.
This is the second announcement made by the company this year. The previous one happened in January and was related to the opening of a call centre in Lamego.
