European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Outsourcing company, Mitie has announced the creation of 150 new jobs in the United Kingdom. The job creation came about due to Mitie winning a five-year contract with Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure; a joint venture between two UK telecommunications companies, Vodafone UK and O2. Under the contract, Mitie will set up a single infrastructure grid to manage the network sites for the two companies. Mitie is a FTSE500 company that provides facilities, property and energy management for clients across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, facilities, property and energy sectors.
