Description
On 18 January 2016, the American clothes store chain Forever 21 started a collective dismissal procedure for its 100 employees. The company's only Belgian store, located in Antwerp, was large-scale and not profitable. Although the chain is very popular in other countries, it was not successful at differentiating itself from other chains such as Zara, H&M and Primark. Currently, the trade unions and management are negotiating the conditions of closure.
