Maxima Eesti, subsidiary of Lithuanian international retail Maxima Grupé opened one biggest and up-to-date logistics centre in Estonia creating 350 new jobs. The new logistics centre is operating in Rae Parish which is located near Tallinn. The logistics centre covering 45 thousand square meters consists of three warehouses and has 130 load platforms. The new centre is made of new, environmental-friendly and innovative materials. With EUR 35 million investment, the new centre was the biggest development project for the company last year.
Maxima has 75 stores in Estonia and the creation of the new logistics centre will ensure an efficient supply chain and facilitate a faster goods delivery .
