Lloyds Banking group has provided further details of its large restructure, which includes the creation of 170 new jobs. In 2015 it announced plans to cut 9,000 jobs across branches in the UK. The latest announcement contains details of branch closures and job cuts which form part of the 9,000 figure, but also includes new details of jobs which will be added. The company will create the new jobs in retail and commercial banking and in its legal team. It is not known when these new jobs will be filled.
