Description
The Polish e-commerce portal Merlin has announced that it will cut 104 jobs via a collective dismissal programme at its unit in Poznań by the end of January 2016. The restructuring programme is associated with the need to limit operating costs and improve the company’s financial effectiveness. The decision is mainly related to the agreement with Topmall which since November 2015 has leased the Merlin’s domain and brand. Since 2013, Merlin has been owned by Czerwona Torebka (chain of shopping centers).
