Getrag Ford Transmissions Slovakia will create 100 new jobs in its production unit in Kechnec industrial park near Kosice. The company plans to invest €16.73 million to extend transmission systems production. New production will start by the end of 2016. The company received state aid from the Slovak government of €3 million, almost half of which has been dedicated to tax reductions and subsidies for the creation of new jobs.Â
