European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mondelēz International, producer of confectionery, food and beverages, has announced that it will create 125 new jobs at its new research and development centre (RD&Q) in Bielany Wrocławskie, located in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The recruitment process has already started. The centre will develop new products, design new packaging and analyse consumer preferences. The company plans to invest approximately USD 15mn (EUR 13.8mn). This is a second investment of Mondelēz International in Poland in 2015. In September 2015, the company launched a chocolate production line in the factory in Skarbimierz creating 90 new jobs. Mondelēz International (former Kraft Foods) is one of the biggest global confectionery producer.
