European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The airline company Jetairfly is expanding activities in the regional airports in Deurne (Antwerp) and Ostend. Four new destinations (Rome, Nice, Burgas and Varna) have been assigned to the airport in Ostend and two new destinations (Ibiza, Split) to the airport at Deurne. Moreover, the company has signalled an increase in its long distance flights from Brussels airport. Associated to this expansion, 4 extra airplanes are being brought into operation creating jobs for 20 pilots and 80 cabin crew persons.
