European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Danish brewer Carlsberg has announced that will cut around 150 positions in Poland by the end of 2015. The restructuring programme will affect all of the company’s departments. Currently, the company is negotiating with local trade unions about the terms and conditions of the restructuring programme though it is understood that redundant workers will receive severance pay. Carlsberg Polska employs 1,400 people.
