Description
Boxmark Leather, one of the world’s leading leather manufacturers, will recruit 300 additional workers in 2016 at the recently opened factory in the City of Slavonski Brod. The number of employees in the factory will more than double from 200 to 500. This expansion applies to the production of upholstery for cars, which failed in the City of Varazdin due to lack of manpower. As a means of improving the production of upholstery, Boxmark Leather intends to initiate scholarship programme for students in order to tailor them and prepared them better for work in the firm. A company representative thanked the Agency for Investment and Competitiveness and the City Council for the successful cooperation.
