European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US transport and logistics company XPO Logistics has rented a large warehouse in Tilburg, resulting in the creation of at least 400 jobs. The international organisation recently acquired a 67% stake in the major European logistics company Norbert Dentressangle, and noted the Tilburg location as a growing hotspot for logistics in the Netherlands, with Bol.com and Waalwijk also establishing a presence there. The space allows for a further 400 jobs in the longer term.
