Description
Motherwell based call centre company Ascensos has announced plans to create 200 new jobs, approximately doubling its current workforce. The company was established in 2013 with the help of a GBP 1.8 million grant from Scottish EnterpriseĀ and at the time said it expected to create 500 jobs in its first five years. These latest jobs follow the award of several major contracts from large retailers B&Q and Wickes and from energy company Scottish Power. The company is currently recruiting for the 200 vacancies and expects that the positions will be filled over a six month period.
