European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Polish producer of garden furniture Stelmet has announced that will create 150 new jobs at its units in Zielona Góra, Jeleniów and Lubięcin (all units are located in the Lubuskie Voivodeship). The company is looking for wood processing machine operators, fitters and forklift operators. The restructuring programme is a result of an increase in orders and the plan to increase production capacity by 20%. The source also reports that Stelmet is going to build a new plant in Grudziądz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship), for which 500 workers will be needed.
