Description
Volvo Trucks Ghent is the largest truck plant worldwide in the Volvo Group. As overtime working hours and Saturday work is no longer sufficient to respond to rising demand, 150 extra employees will be recruited. Increased demand is the result of the gradual revival of the economy in combination with new investments in the factory during previous years. The Central Distribution Centre Ghent is the largest distribution centre of Volvo components worldwide. The warehouse has been enlarged by 12,000 square metres facilitating the growth in employment.
