European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
UK business services company Intelling is opening new offices in Belfast which will result in the creation of 250 new jobs.The company provides customer services support for communication companies such as TalkTalk and O2. It is reported that 45 of the new positions have already been filled, and the remaining positions will be filled over a three year period. This recent expansion of call centre jobs comes after many similar jobs have been created in the province in recent times. Intelling cited the high quality of local labour and the support of Invest NI as being crucial elements in deciding to locate their new operations in Belfast.
