Description
The construction company, Byggcompagniet, has filed for bankruptcy. The company, which is one of Malmö's largest construction companies, employs over a hundred workers, all of whom are now facing unemployment. In addition, many of Byggcompaniet's subcontractors are likely to feel the effects of the bankruptcy and might also have to cut costs through staff reductions. Several construction projects have now come to a standstill.
