Description
Car manufacturer Skoda Auto, a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, has announced that it will create at least 100 new jobs at its Kvasiny plant due to the launch of two new sport utility vehicles (Å koda SUV and Seat SUV). Recruitment is to start at the end of the year 2015 and the production is scheduled to start in March 2016. The Kvasiny plant currently employs roughly 4,500 people. As reported, hundreds of new jobs will be added by 2018. Å koda Auto operates three sites in the Czech Republic (Mlada Boleslav, Kvasiny, Vrchlabi) with about 25,000 staff in total. In addition, more than 150 000 employees are working with suppliers of Å koda Auto.
