Description

Randstad, a human resources company, is to recruit 100 employees for call centre assistance at Altices' customer service unit in Castelo Branco by the end of this year with a possible further 100 in 2016. According to the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional - IEFP) there are 3,000 unemployed persons in Castelo Branco. This new contact centre will provide services to Altices' French customers.
