European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new joint venture, named Altigra, between the logistic companies Ahlers (Antwerp) and Tigro Industries (Lommel and Overpelt) will create at least 100 new jobs. Tigro Industries is specialized in storage and distribution of pharmaceutical, chemical and food products and intends to grow on the international markets. For Ahlers, Tigro is an added value as it offers extra trucks and new destinations.
