Description
Broadcasting and telecommunications company, Sky has announced that will expand its sales workforce in UK by 400 jobs. More than half of the new jobs will be located in three call centres situated at Uddingston, Dunfermline and Livingston in Scotland. The remaining jobs will be located in Newcastle and Stockport in England. Sky will start to fill both full-time and part-time positions during August 2015.
Sky currently employs in excess of 5,700 staff at the three call centres in Scotland. These jobs come in addition to announcement in February 2015 of the creation of 300 jobs at a Sky technical hub in Leeds.
